24 staff from 17 SUN CSA Member Organisations met in the SUN CSA Advocacy Working Group (SUN CSA AWG) Meeting on 8 February via ZOOM to review the advocacy focus for the first period of 2021-2025 – which include First 1000 Days of Life; BMS Code; COVID-19; Gender roles related to nutrition; Inclusion of vulnerable people, including ethnic minorities, PWDs, people living with illness, including HIV/AIDS; and WASH and nutrition. We completed 23 joint advocacy activities in the last year and discussed future joint advocacy activities. The SUN CSA AWG members also shared their ongoing and upcoming advocacy activities, and we got the first draft of our advocacy activity plan which will be presented and discussed more in the SUN CSA Annual General Meeting on 31th March.
