More than 33 staff members from SUN CSA Members shared about the ‘🦟Dengue fever: symptoms, causes, prevention and new method to reduce the transmission
On August 18th, 2023, Dr. Phoutmany Thammavong from the Save the Children International Laos volunteered to lead a Friday Hangout activity on the topic of dengue. It’s an important issue right now, with lots of people getting infected and even dying from it. Today’s session encouraged other organizations to get involved to spread the word about how to prevent dengue. The presentation covered issues including how dengue is spread, how to avoid getting dengue, where treatment can be found and which organisations were involved in responding to dengue.
