During this morning’s Friday Hangout activity, more than 28 staff members shared about the ‘Initiative on Village Model on Nutrition (V-MoN)’. Mr. Yengchang Chueyong, Project Assistant from Caritas Luxembourg in Lao PDR, led a discussion on this topic. The initiative aims to improve nutrition based on the government’s strategic plan (NPAN 2021 – 2025) as the main link with the National Action Plan on Nutrition 2021-2025. It involves the implementation of procedures and methods to build a model nutrition village, as well as selection criteria for building a model village, among other things.
