This Lao-language video shows how peer-to-peer mentoring can improve the transfer of knowledge and impact of projects focused on nutrition. The video describes how this has been successful in recent nutrition projects between Civil Society Organizations in Laos and encourages others to use similar approaches in their projects, particularly for nutrition. Peer-to-peer mentoring means that colleagues share knowledge with each other not just in formal settings like a single training, but informally and through on-going mentoring programs where support and advice is provided over time so the nutrition knowledge and community engagement skills are taken on board and confidently applied. The film was funded by European Union and Plan International for SUN CSA Laos organization members as part of the Capacity Building for Action on Nutrition
