Dear SUN CSA members,
As part of the SUN CSA member we would like your vote on 2 main issues. Firstly is the changes to the SUN CSA Terms of Reference (TOR). Currently the SUN Management Committee team have been reviewing the TOR and we have proposed some small changes which we need your votes to approve of them which are basically:
– Changing the meetings from quarterly to twice a year
– Increasing the Management Committee (MC) from 5 people to 7 people
– For future changes to the TOR, by the MC team could be blocked by a simple majority (over 50%) of its members voting against the proposed changes.
The second part of the survey is to gain your topic of interest relating to nutrition for the upcoming Nutrition Forum which would be held early November this year and also Study tour at the end of November. We would like to support our members as much as we can and meet our members’ needs and interest.
