On 18 October 2019, to contribute to the elimination of malaria and the response to public health emergencies in Laos, Dr. Rattanaxay Phetsouvanh, Director General of the Department of Communicable Disease Control (DCDC), Viengsamay Vongkhamsao, Country Director of Population Services International/Laos (PSI/-Laos), and other consortium partners signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
