Congratulations to everyone who joined the SUN CSA Annual General Meeting! We had 41 people in person and 32 people online from 11 provinces and more than 35 organisations sharing our results from the year and planning for the next year.
We were honoured to have Dr Ketkesone Phrasisombath, Deputy Director of the Department of Health and Hygiene Promotion at the Ministry of Health, open the meeting, along with Kelley Khamphouxay from Catholic Relief Services, in her last AGM as our Chairperson.

Thank you also to our guests who provided updates, including Mr. Michhael Vongsay from National Nutrition Center of Lao PDR, Ms. Assunta Testa from the European Union in Laos, Mr. Michael Ronning, Country Representative from USAID – US Agency for International Development, and Mr. Prosper Dakurah from UNICEF Laos.
We are also super excited at the election of 5 new Management Committee members and 2 returning members. We will now have 10 representatives leading our nutrition committee; These include: Ms. Kelley Khamphouxay (CRS), Mr. Phanthamith Sengpanya (APL+), Ms. Boualaphanh Inthaxay (SNV), Mr. Chantha Ouanthavongsi (CASE), Ms. Chanthalangsy Sisouvanh (RDA), Mr. Thongchanh Bouphavong (ARMI), Ms. Southisouk Inthavilay (PFHA), Mr. Micah Olad (WVI), Mr. Anthony Glanville (CARE), Ms Ammaline Vongsitthi (SCI).
We look forward to a new and exciting year ahead of eating healthy and delicious Lao food and improving nutrition across the country!!
